Option #1 .................................................. $5000
This option is for weddings and parties that require more than 2 hours of set up. Our flat fee includes the use of the facility from noon Friday to Sunday. Most people use Friday for set up and rehearsal dinners. That leaves Saturday free to relax and enjoy the day. Because we only schedule one wedding per weekend, you are able to collect your things on Sunday. Tables, chairs and tablecloths are included, and you are welcome to use our lawn games and centerpieces as well.
We have an excellent sound system and can provide our in house DJ for an additional $350.
You are free to choose your own caterer, or we can supply you with the names of some that have stood out in the past.
If you would rather we take care of everything, that can be arranged as well.
Option #2 ............................................$500 per hour
Option #2 is an hourly rate that includes 2 hours of set up. This option is best for smaller parties, meetings and showers. As with option #1, tables, chairs and tablecloths are included.
We also have quite a few centerpieces and serving trays our guests are always welcome to use.
The hourly fee is $500 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
Payment Options
A $500 deposit is required to hold your date.
Full payment is required 60 days before your event.
